Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds for the SureClient service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your SureClient dashboard under account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.

3. Refund Policy

  • SureClient offers a flat pricing model and does not typically provide refunds once a billing period has started.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service or unused portions of the service.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of accidental charges or service failure, at our sole discretion. Please contact us at sureclient.co@gmail.com to request a refund review.

4. Trial Period (If Applicable)

If SureClient offers a free trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the refund policy stated above applies.

5. Lifetime Access

Users granted lifetime access under promotional or early adopter programs are not subject to recurring billing and are not eligible for refunds as no payments are collected post-access grant.
