SureClient is a web-based CRM platform designed to simplify lead tracking, follow-ups, and invoicing for small teams and individuals.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription & Payments

SureClient is offered as a subscription service at a flat rate of $4.99 per user per month. Payments are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You also agree not to attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with SureClient are the property of TheCodeWork or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. GDPR & Data Protection

SureClient complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting sureclient.co@gmail.com.

9. Lifetime Access & Early Adopter Commitments

Lifetime access may be granted to early users as a promotional offer. It is valid for the lifetime of the product, as long as the account remains in good standing and the product is actively maintained.

10. Beta Features Disclaimer

Beta features may be released for testing and may not be stable or complete. Use at your own discretion. Feedback is appreciated and used to improve the product.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for disruptive use of the Service.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we'll notify users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, India.
