At SureClient, we take data protection and privacy seriously. For our standard users, all data is securely stored in our Mumbai data center. We follow GDPR-compliant practices to ensure the highest standards of privacy and transparency.

• Only necessary data is collected and stored.
• Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
• Access to data is from dashboard and logged in users.
• We do not track or profile users beyond what is essential for service functionality.
• All data centers follow industry-standard security protocols and are regularly audited.

We are actively working to expand regional data storage options to better serve our global user base.

Your Data is Yours

We want to be absolutely clear — we will never share, sell, or monetize your data. You remain the sole owner of your business data.

You can export your data at any time from your dashboard. If you wish to close your account, you may submit a deletion request and all associated data will be permanently purged from our systems.

For additional assurance, you can request to sign a separate legal contract with SureClient that explicitly prohibits any form of data selling or sharing. Contact our team to discuss this option.

Enterprise Data Policies

For enterprise clients, we support Bring Your Own Infrastructure (BYOI) where your application data is hosted in your own dedicated infrastructure.

• Data can be stored in your preferred cloud or on-premise environment.
• IP whitelisting ensures that only your configured application endpoints can access the data.
• Data access logs and audits are made available as part of enterprise support.
• We sign separate data handling agreements with enterprise clients for added assurance.
